What happens if I stop paying?
Your account drops to Starter. You keep every invoice and can export all of it as a CSV or PDF archive.
Do you charge a fee on payments?
No. Tidewater adds nothing. The payment provider charges its own fee, shown on each invoice before you send it.
Is there a discount for non-profits or students?
Yes, 50% off any plan. Write to us from your organisation address.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, encrypted at rest. We sign a data processing agreement on request, at no cost.
