Writing
Every string in a block is copy you can change, with a length limit. These are the rules the default copy follows.
Rules
Write for someone busy.
Say what happens
Buttons name the action: Save changes, Send link, Book a call. Not Submit or Click here.
Short sentences
One idea per sentence, plain words, no exclamation marks.
Fictional examples
Default copy uses the fictional Northlight family, never a real client, person or address.
Limits are design
Each text field has a maximum length in its schema. If the copy does not fit, shorten the copy.
