Leave a field empty to drop its line. Copy: Say when a reply comes ("we answer within one working day"). No fake phone numbers: use .example addresses in samples. Accessibility: Every input has a label; the form announces errors as text. Email and phone are real links (mailto:, tel:). The block never submits: listen for submit in the page. Never: viewport variants (md:, lg:), style=, text or images outside Text and Media, fields the schema lacks. Shorten copy to fit the limits. Done when: every field labelled; reply time stated; submit handled in the page.
